WHAT IS THE UNITED BLACK DRAG RACERS ASSOCIATION?
: The United Black Drag Racers Association (UBDRA) is a non-profit membership organization of drag racers. The UBDRA of Wisconsin (UBDRAW), established in 1997, is an affiliate to the national chapter based in St. Louis, Missouri. OUR MISSION: To preserve and promote the sport of drag racing through the commitment of members working together to achieve goals established for the benefit and improvement of the organization and the community. OUR GOALS: Use drag racing as a means of educating the community regarding safe driving and alternate recreational activities while providing an example of effective leadership and positive group interaction. Establish and maintain a supportive, cohesive, and united representation of African-Americans and other ethnic groups in the sport of drag racing.
