What is the union learning Climbing Frame?
The union learning Climbing Frame* is a free website for Union Learning Reps (ULRs). It allows ULRs to create pathways for learning and action plans for individuals that can be reviewed and updated as they progress on their learning journey. The Climbing Frame provides up-to-date information and advice for ULRs about a broad range of learning opportunities, and also allows individual unions and organisations to adapt it to their own needs. ULRs can keep an on-going record of who they have worked with and where they are heading, while unions can obtain accurate profiled of their own learners.
