What is the Uniface Meta Data?
Meta data is information about information. In this case, it is information about the way that Uniface stores all the source code you create. The Uniface Meta data is the data model that Uniface uses for the Repository. Uniface delivers this data model to you in two ways. It is documented in the manuals (see reference below) and Uniface gives you a TRX file containing an electronic version of it. By loading the TRX file, you will create an application model called DICT that contains all the Uniface entities, fields, and relationships that make up the repository.
