HORIZON is pure Oraclean Oracle database with screens developed using the Oracle Forms6i interface. Both the database and interface utilize the same underlying programming technologies (PL/SQL). HORIZON was designed from the ground up for Oracle, using Oracle’s native SQL*Net (Net8 Easy Config) communications protocol.
