What is the typical timeframe for finding an apartment? How can I be certain that I will find an apartment in time to move?
There is no way to be absolutely certain about finding an available apartment since the market is always changing, but if you have good credit and rental history there is no reason that you should not be able to find an acceptable apartment within as little as three days. Most of our clients find a rental within a week. The best thing that you can do to maximize your chances of finding a good apartment is to keep in touch with our agents and check out all the apartments that catche your eye. Meeting with an agent for a quick tour of the property usually doesn’t cost anything but time, so be sure to let the agent know that you’re interested by asking to see the grounds.
