There are over 200 biotechnology companies in the San Francisco bay area, the largest concentration of biotechnology companies in the world. Projections for these regions are for continued job growth at all levels. • Can I take classes in the evenings? Yes, biotechnology courses are offered in the evenings, but every course is not offered every semester. Also, some of the prerequisite courses outside of the biotechnology area may not be offered in the evening. Check the schedule before enrolling. • When can I start the program?
