There isnt one. The advance can range from $0 to over six figures. Royalties can range from 5% to 15%, based on the net price the publisher receives, or the percentage can be based on the retail price of the book. The percentage can also be on a sliding scale based on how many books have been sold, the more books, the higher the royalty percentage.
