What is the turnaround time once we place an order?
If it’s a used pallet we stock, we could turn it around next day. For most products we manufacture, an order placed before 10:00 a.m. can be delivered next day. Longer lead times are required to manufacture an intricate custom pallet or crate or if we have to order special lumber. Having our own fleet of semis, short trucks, flatbeds and trailers enables us to control all scheduling and delivery vs. companies who use outside trucking. That depends on the product being ordered.
