What is the turn around time on mail orders?
If your new prescription order or refill order requires no intervention, it will be processed and shipped within two business days. Any prescriptions that require intervention, for example, needing clarification from the physician or the medication has to be ordered, will be processed and shipped upon receipt of confirmation. On average, members receive their mail order package within 8 days. It is recommended to refill and order your prescriptions at least 3 weeks in advance to allow time for intervention and delivery.
