What is the turn-around time for technical support responses?
Technical support inquries should receive a response within 24 hours. Our response time is usually much quicker. Support hours are from 9AM until 5PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We do not provide support during the weekend and we highly recommend that if you plan to do homework during the weekend, you verify that you have access and resources necessary to complete your work so that if you have any problems you can resolve them while support is available during the week.
