Most reports are released within 24 hours of receipt of the specimen. Larger specimens, as well as more complex cases that require additional studies, may take longer. Priority status is given to any cases labeled STAT, and preliminary results may be available sooner by calling NWP at 734-2800 or the pathologist on call.
