Our goal is to respond to all requests within 48-72 hours. Upon occasion due to an influx of requests, we are unable to reach this goal. Accounts assigned for collection to special counsels in contract to the Attorney General’s office may also take a longer turn around time. Accounts are worked in order received. Telephone calls will not expedite the request. If no response has been received within 72 hours, please refax the request.
