What is the turn-around time for NCOALink Processing?

Typically, turn-around is 1 to 2 business days depending on the time of day we receive the file and completed paperwork. If the file and complete paperwork are received at Lorton by Noon CST on a given business day, the file is typically returned the next business day. We do offer Same Day processing for an additional $75.00; in this case we would need the file and complete paperwork by 9:00 am CST.
