What is the turn around time for my template to be completed?
Turnaround time mostly d epending on the template that was choosen, however for basic customization we attempt to follow the following basic timeframe: – For our “Online Logo Builder” turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days. – For Basic Customization of a “Logo Template” turnaround time is usually 3-5 business days – For Basic Customization of a “Product Template”turnaround time is usually 5-7 business days – For Basic Customization of a “web Template” turnaround time is usually 10-15 business days These times are normallyadhered to however they can only begin when we have all aspects or questions about the design answered from the client and we are not waiting on any files to be sent or answers to questions that we may have.
