What is the Trust EIN Finder?
An employer or plan sponsor who has a trust as part of a plan must have a Trust Identification Number. This number is distinct from the employer identification number or “EIN.” Those who professionally administer retirement plans need this number. It is derived from the Schedule P of the form 5500. The Trust EIN Finder will allow you to search for companies with Schedule Ps, and take you directly to them.
