A multi agency management panel is triggered when a child requires services from a number of different agencies as a result of the completion of a common assessment. The Lead Practitioner is appointed at this meeting and will coordinate the delivery of the agreed plan. The panel can also be arranged for any practitioner that needs help, guidance or support with developing a plan for a children or young person.
