The Throne is a linked series of four teleporters. However you can only reach the fourth teleporter once you have sat upon the Throne of Virtue, which is behind an illusion in the north wall of one of the places the Throne of Change takes you to. The fourth teleporter will take you back to the beginning of the sequence, but there is another hidden teleporter there which will take you to the Black Gate.
