What is the TREK policy on cancellation and refunds?
Due to the demand for available spots on Wilderness TREK trips, our cancellation policy is strict. Cancellations made before the registration deadline (July 5, 2010) will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between July 5-July 19 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after July 19, 2010. In the case of a substantiated, incapacitating injury (requires physician’s documentation) or family emergency, a 50% refund may be extended.
