What is the treatment for someone with LBD?
While there is no cure at present for LBD, treatments at the LBD Center are aimed at controlling the cognitive, motor, and psychiatric problems associated with the disorder, including hallucinations and depression. Additionally, non-pharmacological intervention is also advised, specifically relating to diet, exercise, speech therapy and occupational therapy.
