What is the treatment available for varicose veins ?
The entire range of treatment consists of either Medical compression stockings, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Laser and Sclerotherapy (Injection treatment) of spider veins, Endovenous laser, and surgery for varicose veins. Treatment is best done as a combination of two or more of these treatments to achieve the best and long-term result. Surgery has to one of the components and is presently done without general anesthesia and involves small incisions and a 24-hour hospital stay only.
