A1: A civilian employee is eligible for PCS allowances as an employee while ther uniformed member spouse is eligible for PCS allowances as a uniformed member. Duplicate payments must not be made for other family members or for the same expenses (i.e., not paid twice for transportation for a dependent or for shipping the same POV/HHG, etc.). See JTR, par. C5000-C.
