Within the United States the transit time is overnight. Most areas will receive their package by 11 am the next day. The transit time for Canada and Mexico is usually two days, and the transit time for international packages is usually around three days. Please note that there may be delays due to customs regulations. Please, also note that your package will arrive between 8:30 am and 11:00 am. FedEx will not deliver the package if there is not someone present to sign for the package. GeneTex can not be held responsible for delays due to the absence of an appropriate signor. Please, notify us if you will not be available between the hours of 8:30 am and 11:00 am to sign for your package.
