The transaction date refers to when the customer has agreed to move forward with the trade-in process and is assigned a quote number. Under the standard program it would be recognized by accepting the terms and conditions on the web pages, and selecting the “Complete Trade-In” button. Under the enhanced programs for Networking, Servers and Storage products, as well as the custom quote process, it is recognized once the customer has faxed over the signed terms and conditions.
