What is the training required to become a homeopath?
According the ECCH (European Council of Classical Homeopathy), the ICCH (International Council of Classical Homeopathy) and the SPHQ (Syndicat Professionnel des Homéopathes du Québec), the official representative association for the ICCH in Quebec. Effective education in homeopathic practice takes a minimum of three years of full time study at a university or post-graduate level of study. These associations emphasize the need of face to face, in classroom study and personal supervision in the form of apprenticeship as is provided in the homeopathy-training program at the Montreal Institute of Classical Homeopathy in order to get a degree in Homeopathy.
