What is the Trainee Feedback Questionnaire? And what is it used for?
The Trainee Feedback Questionnaire ( 45 KB) asks trainees to rate, and comment on, all aspects of their current training rotation – from the standard of supervision and teaching to the extent of clinical experience available. At the end of each year the responses are collated and the information is presented to the relevant local TA Committee. Trainees are strongly encouraged to submit the questionnaire with each Six-Monthly Formative Assessment Report that is submitted to College House. Trainees should feel confident that all forms and comments are treated in confidence and no identifying names or details are included in the reports to local TA Committees.
