– The Nordea share was the most liquid Nordic financial share in 2008, with an average daily trading volume of approximately EUR 107m corresponding to approximately 13 million shares. Turnover during the year on the three stock exchanges combined totalled approximately EUR 27bn which corresponds to almost 3 billion shares. Of the total number of shares traded in Nordea in 2008 approximately 81% was traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, 11 on the Helsinki Stock Exchange and 7% on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
