The delaying or canceling of an event due to inclement weather will be determined by the host facility. In the event of a cancellation, the Tour will try and re-schedule the event date within the seasonal timeframe. Should a member not show up due to the threat of inclement weather and the event proceeds, the member agrees to be financially responsible to the Tour.
