What is the total cost of the online program including all texts, software, and equipment?

The cost of the program is $8900 CAD plus student union & activities fees of approx. $500. You will need your own computer in order to complete the program. Software is provided to students. There is one required text (approx cost $120 CAD) and one recommended text (approx cost $84 CAD) for the online program (not required in the face-to-face program), as well as a requirement for students to purchase their own GPS unit (again – online program only, approx. cost $250 CAD). Total investment over 3 terms: approx. $9854 CAD. We do have a standard payment plan in place, so that students pay a series of 3 installments over the course of the 3 terms – see the information sheet at www.viu.ca/adgisa/docs/adgis_s2010.pdf for details.
