You will need to pay for the cart. You can choose here. Then you will need to only pay a yearly fee for hosting for only $150, a domain $20, and security against security card and id theft (dedicated IP and SSL) $130. The total yearly fee you pay is only $300! (Plus the fees that your merchant provider charges.) Other companies charge $200+ just for the SSL! We are not really interested in making profits on these services.
