What is the torque value for some of the major components?
First a big warning. A lot of bolts are broken off by misguided people with a $5 torque wrench in their hands. The ANSI spec for torque wrenches allows them to become quite inaccurate at the bottom of the scale, and you can bet the made in Taiwan models aren’t even up to spec anyway. You get what you pay for. So, if you use a max. 100 ft-lb unit to tighten a tiny bolt to 9 ft-lb, you are taking a gamble. Secondly, Honda manuals used to give a torque range for bolts (e.g. 6mm dia. bolt typically was 6 to 9 ft-lb) but now they just give the upper value of the range. And thirdly, the torque values are typically for dry (no oil or grease on threads) hardware, but some things like oil filter bolts (the long one, in the front, you’ve been warned) and oil drain bolts will typically be oily. Other bolts may be greased just to prevent rust and corrosion. (fenders, sidecovers, shrouds) But when there is a lubricant on the threads, less of your tightening force goes into overcoming friction, and
