What is the top all inclusive resort in Cozumel Mexico?
Personally I prefer the Grand Occidental Cozumel over the Cozumel Palace. The Grand actually has a beautiful beach and is further away from town so you have some privacy. The food is amazing, the staff is top notch and The Grand Occidental is the closest to all the best scuba diving resorts. I was married at the Grand Occidental Cozumel in November and would definately recommend staying in the Royal Club. If you contact Ricardo Torres at the hotel, and let him know you’ll be there for your honeymoon, I’m sure he would upgrade you somewhere in the hotel. I’l also recommend renting a car while you’re there. You can drive around the island, go into town, go to the Mayan ruins etc. Definately check out Coconuts on the East side. They have rescued two dogs who you’ll see running around the place. The shrimp tacos are amazing and you sit on the clifside overlooking the ocean. Enjoy, it’s beautiful there.
