The TRICARE Operations Center provides a centralized collection of Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and MHS Mart (M2) data and offers a web-based report tool suite to assist the entire MHS with a sustainable, near real-time source of information. All Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) upload selected business data to the TOC on a nightly basis, which is then processed, not altered, and displayed via standardized reports. The TOC tools transform MTF data into useful management information, and make the results available through a series of graphical and tabular tools. Most TOC tools aggregate data and provide information at every level of the organization from the provider to the MHS level. 2.)”When does the TOC run reports on CHCS” The TOC has ad hocs on all 106 host CHCS nodes. These ad hocs run everyday a few minutes past midnight (local time).
