TIP stands for Telephone Information Program. You can reach the TIP line (Ambulatory Care) at 801-584-2575 or 800-613-4012, ext. 2575. To schedule, change or cancel an appointment, press “1”. For expired prescriptions, out of refills or to speak with the pharmacy technician, press “2”. To speak to a nurse or leave a message for your primary care provider, press “3”.
