What is the timing for the automatic robot to start building upper layer after the completion of the lower layer?
According to Rule 5.11, the referee will raise flag each time a layer is completed but when an automatic robot is building the pyramid, the automatic robot cannot recognize referees flag. Therefore, when the automatic robot completed a layer, it will move away from it then without waiting for the referees flag, the robot will start building the upper layer. The referee simultaneously checks the completion of the lower layer and if the layer is completed, he will raise the flag. If uncompleted, the referee will indicate the team to do it again. (In the case when the robot itself cannot re-construct the layer, the team will ask for a retry).
