The relicensing process started in September 2008 and will complete by December 2009. The phases of the process are: • Planning meeting with SSC and NAO • NAO assess evidence from SSCs, employers and stakeholders • NAO Report submitted to UKCES • UKCES Commissioner visits SSC • UK Commission Panel meet SSC • Recommendations to government/DAs • Ministerial decision See also Annex 3 of Relicensing Framework for Sector Skills Councils.
