OASIS and its relationship to HERs, EI and AIP The aim of the OASIS project, and of the project partners, is that OASIS should become the primary means of reporting archaeological fieldwork to the NMR, AIP and ADS, and the vehicle through which that information is made available to Historic Environment Records (HERs) and to the wider archaeological community. The project is bringing together the existing longstanding data gathering and analysis initiatives, so as to create a logical flow of information and minimise duplication.
