Applicants for Catalytic Grants must submit Concept Note by 30 September 2009 via the online application. Final decisions for Catalytic Grants will be announced in December 2009. Implementation Grants applications will consist of two rounds. The first round involves submission of a Concept Note by 30 September 2009 via the online application. For round two, a selected number of applicants will be invited to develop full-fledged Programme Documents in December 2009. The final decisions for Implementation Grants will be announced in April 2010. All Concept Note Applications must be submitted by 30 September, 11:59 pm Eastern Time, NY, USA. Concept Notes received after the deadline will not be considered.
