What is the timeline of how things will transition through this year as well as up to the actual church plant?

Currently the timeline will cover 4 major areas: Selection, Set Up, Send Off, and Start Up. We are hoping to select the launch team by November. Then from December 2008 through June 2009 (7 months), we will prepare for the send off by training the team members. The team will be sent off in July 2009, and then they will start the church in September 2009. This is a tentative timeline, and we realize that we will always have to be flexible.
