Currently the LCCMR proposal and funding process follows an annual schedule that begins in January/February of each year (Year A) for project funding to begin July 1 of the next year (Year B). For example, the process for project funding to begin July 1, 2010 began with the adoption and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) in January/February 2009.
