The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has delayed the transition of the Empire Data Center to Companion Data Services (CDS). The transition was originally planned for September 24, 2007 and was then rescheduled for Monday, October 29, 2007. This date is now delayed again and a new date has yet to be determined. IVANS and NGS will update you when the new date is determined.
