What is the timeline for implementing the Strategic Initiatives plan?
We are continuing to build-out the overall plan with a third phase as well. Well present these ideas to our Board of Directors in September. As a working document, well adjust the plan based upon input from our directors. The highest priority initiatives will launch during the fourth quarter of 2006, and most of the remaining initiatives incorporated into our 2007 budget. Who are the key team members in the second phase of the Strategic Initiatives project? Michael Mathieu will lead Phase II of the Strategic Initiatives plan. Other key team members responsible for these three key initiatives include: 1. Interactive Steve Barth, Vice President of Interactive, Freedom Orange County Information (FOCI); and Tom Porter, Vice President of Community Newspapers. 2.
