We realize how important it is for you to have the most up to date, accurate information. We will post construction information, as it is available, but please bear in mind that there are many factors that affect the deliveries of new homes from our builder. Delays in the completion of new construction are not uncommon due to such things as weather, land, and labor. Your Neighborhood office will always have the latest information, and will do their best to be sure your questions are answered. As it stands today, we expect to begin demolition in the Conway (cottage) area around 1 November. Renovation and demolition along Enterprise will begin in the early part of 2008.
