What is the timeline for beginning the organizational development (i.e. training, mentoring/apprenticeships, career paths) portions of the plan?
A blueprint plan for the organizational development portions of the consolidation effort will be completed on April 30, 2009. According to this plan, the organizational development activities – training, career development, and workforce planning – will begin in September 2009, after initial consolidation activities have begun. Further information on how these activities will be carried out at each Secretariat will be included in the Secretariat consolidation plans.
