Publicly traded REITs, on the other hand, can be sold like any publicly traded stock, but the price changes are typically muted, as REITs are driven by yields. PRIMARQ exchange investments are structured to trade in its secondary market which will be periodically opened, so the investor can liquidate his investment at his discretion, even without the property being sold or refinanced. • Will there be other investors in a property I invest in?
