What is the timeframe for the dependent eligibility verification process?
We must receive your documentation no later than December 4, 2009, which is the final day of the Confirmation Period during this year’s Open Enrollment. If we are unable to verify your dependent’s eligibility, your dependent will not be covered as of January 1, 2010. You must provide specific documentation to a Benefits Team member for each of your dependents enrolled in one or more of Princeton’s healthcare plans and for whom you wish to continue coverage beyond December 31, 2009.
