Due to various CMS initiatives, we have experienced an increase in 855 applications which may cause a delay to our normal processing timeframes. As a temporary measure, an acknowledgement letter will be issued within 20 days of receipt of your application providing you with confirmation of receipt and a Document Control Number (DCN). You may check the Provider Enrollment Status Inquiry Tool using this DCN, but please do not contact the PE Helpdesk for a status if you do not find your application on the tool. When we begin processing of your application, the status will be available on the tool, and we will also contact you if any additional information is needed. Thank you for your patience.
