What is the timeframe for payment of the serviced provided?
Upon receipt of a correct invoice, child care providers are generally paid within 7 – 10 days. Licensed and registered child care providers have the option to submit an invoice twice a month or one time a month for the services rendered. Relative child care providers may submit an invoice only once a month after services have been rendered.
