What is the time span of meetings in the in-tray?
This is a configurable option, meaning that you can choose to keep all meetings from yesterday through next month or from last year through next year as viewable items in your in-tray. To change your in-tray range, open your in-tray preferences under the Tools > Options menu. Each in-tray folder has a separate set of options that you can set.
