What is the time Scale to begin cardio exercise after breast enlargement surgery?
Generally after two weeks you can return to your normal exercise activities. However, even the day after surgery, you can return to many of your pre-surgery activities. Saline implants are filled with saline and silicone implants are filled with silicone. I prefer the feel of the silicone implants as they feel more natural.
