What is the time period for the no-additional-cost transfers to Exchange-enabled server(s)?
Players who use the “/movelog add” command starting from July 2, 2005 until the official launch of Station Exchange in mid-July can flag their characters to be moved to a Exchange-enabled server at no additional cost. For 14 days after launch, players wishing to transfer a character the Exchange-enabled servers must use a free version of the Character Transfer Service, but will be deguilded during the move. Finally, in the last 2 days of the free moves, the /movelog service will be opened one last time for any guilds who decide to move to a Station Exchange server at the last minute. After this free move period, any players who want to move characters will need to use the standard Character Transfer Service and pay any applicable fees. Characters moved with the standards service will be stripped of all tradable items and coin. Station Exchange is currently scheduled to go live mid-July.
